At Dr. Scholls, we want you to feel as good as you look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
