How do I determine my correct shoe size?
We recommend using our printable size guide located on each product page. Our footwear generally runs true to size, but if you are between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size for maximum comfort.
What is your return policy for worn shoes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in unworn, sellable condition to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your order sooner.
Are Dr. Scholl's shoes covered by a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper care.
Can I wash my Dr. Scholl's shoes in a washing machine?
While some of our canvas styles are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle, we generally recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent to preserve the integrity of the materials.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international customers in the near future.
